Hormone Assessment Package

Our hormone assessment package includes the following services: 

● Lab Test Script* and Consultation: a full panel of the biomarkers required to establish the current state of your hormone levels along with a consultation and an online questionnaire designed to address your case and define next steps.

● Lab Review: after we receive your results, a review will determine the deficiencies your body is facing and will help us create a game plan to get you back on track.

● Plan Creation: do you need testosterone replacement therapy? Are we going to address vitamin deficiencies? Can you naturally boost your own production of hormones with peptides? These are some of the questions we will be able to answer after we review your labs and design a customized plan for you. The plan will outline the protocol we'll follow to help you get the results you're looking for. As you progress with your treatment, we'll adjust your plan accordingly to ensure we optimize your hormone levels safely and accurately. 

*Lab Test are not included but covered by most insurance companies.
